Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help!

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Currently, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us. Send an email to hello@paulwalkerfoundation.org with your order # and name so we can best resolve the situation. Please note that these requests need to be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you can initiate the process within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at hello@paulwalkerfoundation.org, providing the reason for the exchange, specifying the item(s) being returned, and include the size preferred.

 

For Exchanges:

● Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost
● Exchanges are limited to size swaps. We cannot exchange for a different style.

 

All items must be returned:

● Unused and in the same condition as received
● In the original order packaging
● With the packing slip

 

Once we receive the returned item, processing an exchange can take up to 14 business days. A new order will be created provided the item is in stock and tracking information will be emailed to you once the new order is shipped. If the size is unavailable, we will notify you via email and create a gift card for you with Store Credit for the amount of the returned item.

 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

 

SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanges.

● Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of exchange shipping will be deducted from your store credit amount.

● Processing an exchange can take up to 14 business days once we receive the item. A new order will be created and the tracking information will be emailed
once the new order is shipped.

● If you are shipping an item worth over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that
we will receive your item.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY ISSUES

If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please email us at hello@paulwalkerfoundation.org, so we can check on your order and any delivery issues.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are Final Sale (no refunds or exchanges).

● We ship internationally using USPS First Class/Priority Mail and UPS Worldwide/Standard

● The recipient of the order is responsible for the tax and duty fees charged by customs to release the package for delivery

● All International Orders must have a phone # and email for the recipient of the delivery when creating the order

  ○ The delivery estimate for international orders on average is about 10-14 business days dependent upon the country of origin
